Mute the Media is an independent media publication that seeks to deconstruct corporate and state propaganda while promoting human rights for all.

Founded by Moussa and inspired by his father’s own fight for human rights in Iran, Mute the Media hopes to amplify the voices of the people that the corporate elite work so hard to silence.

We offer an anti-USA, anti-capitalist, anti-imperialist, anti-colonial, and anti-individualist perspective that believes everyone deserves access and inclusion to this thing that we all share known as life. Human rights for all and nothing less.
